Do you have a standing store?

Our items are only available online, our direct-to-consumer model has enabled us to become a more sustainable brand and ditch the old approach to manufacturing.  

With customers like you in mind, our future goal is to eventually open a public showroom where you can try on our pieces before placing an order. In the meantime, if you would like to try any of our pieces on in our NY studio, please email

I really want to buy an item but my size isn’t showing up. What’s the deal?

Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size isn’t showing up it’s unfortunately out of stock or on wait-list. If the item is on sale, we won’t be able to re-order it. However, if the item is regular-priced, you can submit a special order inquiry to and we’ll do our best to find the size for you.


What does it mean to purchase an item on wait-list?

A few of our pieces are sometimes wait-listed when our On-Demand manufacturing process is met with high demand. If you submit an order for a wait-listed item, the item will be made for you and shipped out as soon as the piece is complete. We will do our best to send you updates and email notifications on the way.


Uh oh, I ordered the wrong item or size by mistake. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately, we can’t swap out the items in an order once the order is placed. We can however do our best to cancel an order before it ships. You can then place a new order for the correct product.


I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

You can cancel an order at any time before it ships. We recommend you cancel your order right away by emailing


How will my order be taxed?

Tax is calculated by the state in which you reside and is added to the order after shipping is processed. For international orders, please note that the duties and taxes payable are NOT included with the final shipping charge.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or Google Pay.

Will my credit card information be safe?

Misha Nonoo is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping and billing information are confidential and safe.

How much is Domestic Shipping?

Orders of $250 or over are eligible for free ground shipping. A $8 flat fee applies for orders under $250.

How much is International Shipping?

Misha Nonoo offers free international shipping for orders $250 and over. Orders under $250 will be charged $35 shipping. Please note that Misha Nonoo is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Tax that may occur upon delivery are not refundable. This shipping policy applies to the following countries:

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our clothes as much as we do. If you’re not completely happy you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that sale items and all personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Please note that any Shipping and/ or Duties Charges on International Orders that may incur are not refundable.

Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. Please note that Misha Nonoo is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Promotional Codes and Sale?

How do I return something?

Please state your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper Return Authorization form will not be accepted.

When will my account be refunded?

Once your package arrives at our returns center, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days. We’ll send you an email when this transaction is complete. Note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the money to your account.

I changed my mind and want to swap out my order for a different style. How do I do that?

In a movement aimed at democratizing and improving the way fashion businesses operate, we are proud to launch the world’s most efficient, ‘on-demand’ manufacturing process to deliver sustainable production focused on revolutionizing the sourcing and selling of luxury fashion.

Our on-demand, direct to consumer model shortens lead times for customers to receive orders placed directly through the website which are cut and sewn within two days, with a further four days for delivery direct to customers’ doors. With these innovative and sustainably focused manufacturing methods, inventory will no longer be produced in advance, but instead when a customer desires it, thus minimizing our environmental impact.

The foundation of our collection, the Easy 8 also lends itself to sustainable living by encouraging our customers to think consciously about streamlining their wardrobe to 8 essentials that take them from 9 am to 9 pm.

Our factory partner is equally committed to our sustainability goals by implementing recycling programs for its paper, plastic and fabric waste that supports and protects the local community.
