What are we doing to be sustainable?

At Misha Nonoo, we are committed to the responsibility of reducing our waste and energy footprint by pushing boundaries in design with innovative concepts.

In a movement aimed at democratizing and improving the way fashion businesses operate, we are proud to launch the world’s most efficient, ‘on-demand’ manufacturing process to deliver sustainable production focused on revolutionizing the sourcing and selling of luxury fashion.

Our on-demand, direct to consumer model shortens lead times for customers to receive orders placed directly through the website which are cut and sewn within two days, with a further four days for delivery direct to customers’ doors. With these innovative and sustainably focused manufacturing methods, inventory will no longer be produced in advance, but instead when a customer desires it, thus minimizing our environmental impact.

The foundation of our collection, the Easy 8 also lends itself to sustainable living by encouraging our customers to think consciously about streamlining their wardrobe to 8 essentials that take them from 9 am to 9 pm.

Our factory partner is equally committed to our sustainability goals by implementing recycling programs for its paper, plastic and fabric waste that supports and protects the local community.

We need to consume sustainably and rethink how products are made and enjoyed today. By wearing and supporting Misha Nonoo, you are committing to a more sustainable and conscious life.

Where are your clothes manufactured?

We partner closely with garment factories in Shenzhen, China. We are deeply invested in the success of our factories and the wellbeing of the workers who make our clothes. Finding a true partner who could help us pioneer the on-demand model has been crucial to our business and being able to parter with woman owned and run businesses has been a huge added bonus. All of our factory workers are paid above minimum wage and work humane hours in well-lit and hygienic environments. We visit our factories as much as we can both review working conditions and ensure the continued quality level of our clothes. 

I really want to buy an item but my size isn’t showing up. What’s the deal?

Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size isn’t showing up it’s unfortunately out of stock or on wait-list. If the item is on sale, we won’t be able to re-order it. However, if the item is regular-priced, you can submit a special order inquiry to customerservice@mishanonoo.com and we’ll do our best to find the size for you.

I ordered the wrong item or size by mistake. How do I fix this?

As our pieces are produced on-demand, to reduce waste, we ask that you let us know about any changes within 48 hours of placing the order.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

You can request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. As our items are produced on-demand, in order to reduce waste, any cancellations requested over 48 hours from order placement will result in a 10% restocking fee applied to your refund.

Please contact customerservice@mishanonoo.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations will not be valid without a reason.

How will my order be taxed?

Tax is calculated by the state in which you reside and is added to the order after shipping is processed. For international orders, please note that the duties and taxes payable are NOT included with the final shipping charge.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or Google Pay.

Will my credit card information be safe?

Misha Nonoo is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping and billing information are confidential and safe.

What can I use a promotional code on?
