What is the MN Network?

The MN Network is a membership program designed to give back to our amazing women on the go. We offer exclusive benefits and services, such as personal styling, birthday bonuses, an annual tailoring allowance, and more. 

How do I sign up?

If you already have an account with us on, you’re already a member! You can sign in by clicking the shopping bag icon in the bottom left corner, which will take you to the sign in page. If you don’t have an account with us, you can sign up by selecting the same shopping bag icon, and selecting "Join Now".

What are the different tiers of the MN Network, and how do I level up?

There are four different tiers of the MN Network - Associate, Director, C-Suite, and CEO. When you join, you will automatically be put in the Associate Tier, and you can level up to Director, C-Suite, or CEO based on your annual spending with us in a calendar year. Once you reach a tier, you will stay in that tier until the end of the current calendar year, and the next calendar year. You have the next calendar year to maintain your tier based on your annual spending of that year, or you will be moved to the tier you earned in that year.

How do I earn points?

Points are earned by shopping on our website,, or in store at our Flagship Meatpacking Store. Depending on your tier of membership (Associate, Director, C-Suite, or CEO), you will earn 2, 4, 6, or 8 points per dollar spent.

How can I see my points?

You can view your current points at any time in the MN Network portal, which you can access via the shopping bag icon at the bottom left corner of your screen.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve earned enough points to redeem them for a reward, you can do so within the MN Network portal by signing in. Once you redeem your reward, you will also get an email notification with the reward code.

You can redeem your points for online credit or in-store credit. If you are redeeming for online credit, you will receive a code to enter at checkout. If you are redeeming for in-store credit, give the code you receive to your store stylist during checkout, and they will enter it for you.

Can I use my points in-store?

Yes, you have the option to redeem your points for online or in-store credit. If you are redeeming for in-store credit, give the code you receive to your store stylist during checkout, and they will enter it for you.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Of course not, earn as many points as you’d like!

Do my points expire?

Yes, if you do not make a purchase or use points within one year (365 days) of your last point transaction, then your points will expire. You will receive email notifications 30 days and 3 days before your points expire.

Can I use a reward with an existing discount code?

No, rewards cannot be combined with any other discount code or credit.

Can I use more than one reward on a single purchase?

No, rewards cannot be combined with any other discount code or credit.

Can I transfer points from a previous purchase or other account?

No, points are non-transferable from previous purchases or between multiple accounts.

Are points refundable?

No. Once points are redeemed, they are non-refundable.

How do I use my annual tailoring allowance?

If you are in the NYC area, you can visit our Flagship Meatpacking Store at 654 Hudson Street, and we would be happy to have your Misha Nonoo item tailored by one of our partners and ship it to you when it’s ready. If you are outside of the NYC area, you can take your Misha Nonoo item to your tailor of choice, send us an invoice, and we will refund the amount from your original purchase. Please note that the annual tailoring allowance benefit can only be used on Misha Nonoo items purchased from or an official Misha Nonoo Store within 90 days of purchase.  Please contact for more details.

How do I take advantage of my exchanges and returns benefits?

Please email to start the exchange or return process. Our customer service associates have access to your tier, so they will be able to assist you accordingly. Please see our returns policy for more information about exchanges and returns.

How do I take advantage of my designated personal stylist?

Our top stylists have a plethora of experience in the fashion industry, and can’t wait to give you personal styling advice and recommendations. To access your personal stylist, please email or text 718.550.1708 for more information.

How do Referrals work?

You can access your unique referral link within the MN Network portal, which you can access at the bottom left corner of your screen. Within the portal, scroll down to “Referrals”, and copy your link to send it to a friend (or several), or easily share it via Facebook, Twitter, or email. Your friend will receive a unique code for $25 off to use on their first purchase. Once your friend makes their first purchase with your referral code, you will receive a $25 credit via email.

I referred a friend but do not see my reward. Why?

Your friend must make a purchase with your unique referral code for you to receive your reward credit.

Can I send myself a referral code?

Our referral program is designed to help you empower the women in your life by introducing them to a wardrobe that fits their lifestyle and values. That being said, there are systems in place that will block referrals suspected as fraudulent, including but not limited to the following reasons:


-Advocate and Friend email addresses are similar

-High volume of referrals from the same IP address

-Order is not the customer’s first order

-Order is placed by the Advocate

-Order is placed by someone with the same name as the Advocate
