For all other orders we charge a $35 flat shipping fee. Please note that this does not include VAT or Customs Tax.
Misha Nonoo is not responsible for any VAT or Customs Tax that may occur upon delivery and any shipping and / or duties charges that may incur are not refundable.
RETURNS
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, eligible items, or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.
Your return must be approved via customerservice@mishanonoo.combefore shipping. Please state your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper Return Authorization form will not be accepted.
Returned or exchanged items will need be shipped to NONOO LLC in New York, NY.
Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your credit to be issued.
Please note that sale items, all personalized items, and face masks are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that all items purchased at discount during our July 4th, 2023 Sales Period are considered Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that any Shipping and/ or Duties Charges on International Orders that may incur are not refundable.
Please note that Misha Nonoo is not responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping charges for exchanges shipping domestically (in the contiguous U.S.) are complimentary.
CANCELLATIONS
You can request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. As our items are produced on-demand, in order to reduce waste, any cancellations requested over 48 hours from order placement will result in a 10% restocking fee applied to your refund.
Please contact customerservice@mishanonoo.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations will not be valid without a reason.
