PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping Cart
Click the "Global Checkout” button, you will be redirected to a secured checkout site hosted by Global Checkout
Complete the order by entering your shipping and billing details. You can also select for the taxes and duties (if applicable) to be prepaid or cash on delivery.
Upon completion of the checkout, you will receive order confirmation email from Global Checkout.
TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
An email with the international shipping tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
At any time you can visit track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the email or by visiting www.globalcheckout.com (for registered user).

Duty & Taxes
You can choose to prepay your duties and taxes or select cash on delivery (C.O.D) for your order (if applicable). Should you select the prepaid method upon checkout, we will guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete.
International orders may be shipped via DHL or FedEx. Please note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday). Most shipping carriers do not ship on major holidays.
Your payment will be processed by Global Checkout and your credit card or bank statement will reflect a charge from Global Checkout.
How do I make a return?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.
Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.

Once your package has been received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
